But as a realtor, it is always a nice gesture to provide your client with a gift to show your gratitude for allowing you to work with them in their new investment.
So, what are some appropriate gift ideas to show your appreciation? Here’s some ideas:
- You can’t go wrong by giving a gift card to a local home improvement store such as Home Depot and Lowes. While, gift cards aren’t very personal they can come in very handy when the new owners need it most as you know they they will want to fix or update something in the home.
- A new welcome mat is another idea that shows your appreciation and will also go to good use. There are many websites where you can personalize it with the new owners names, but be sure to get the right dimensions as you don’t want give them a beautiful new mat that doesn’t fit right.
- In 2022 everyone loves technology. Why not get your new homeowner a smart home gadget like a smart doorbell or thermostat? It is for sure unique and will put a smile on their face.
